auxiell is strengthening its presence in the Northwest of Italy to support business growth. Revenue is projected to reach 15 million in 2026
Ten consultants are already up and running in Piedmont, Italy with the goal of doubling the team and achieving a 20% share of revenue in the Northwest. Pavanato (Partner & CEO of auxiell) states: “There is a wealth of solid managerial expertise in the region, but we need to build organizations capable of truly enabling that expertise to make an impact.”
Turin, October 7, 2026 – auxiell is opening a new office in Turin, in the Lingotto complex, strengthening its presence in the Northwest of Italy. The consulting firm, which specializes in business process transformation and operational performance improvement, works with manufacturing and service companies, guiding them through initiatives that involve organization, processes, people, and technology.
The opening in Turin represents another step in auxiell’s regional growth strategy, with the goal of establishing a stable presence in one of the country’s historically most industrially concentrated areas, where global leaders in numerous sectors were founded and have flourished. The new office, which is auxiell’s first physical branch in Italy outside its Padua headquarters, was inaugurated on October 6 with an event for clients, businesses, and local stakeholders.
“The opening in Turin stems from our desire to establish a stable presence in a region where we see opportunities to develop long-term relationships and projects,” explains Riccardo Pavanato, Partner & CEO of auxiell. “For us, geographic expansion means being closer to companies, increasing our ability to directly support their transformation journeys, and, at the same time, creating new responsibilities and growth opportunities for our people. The goal is to do this while maintaining the same methodology and execution capabilities we apply in the other regions where we operate.”
auxiell’s Growth
The expansion into the Northwest is part of a growth trajectory that in recent years has affected both auxiell’s financial performance and the scope of its operations. The company estimates it will close out 2026 with 15 million in revenue, confirming the double-digit growth seen in 2025. In February of this year, the company also acquired a majority stake in SMAC, a Vicenza-based firm specializing in industrial automation, robotics, and Smart Factory solutions, thereby expanding its expertise in industrial transformation projects.
Over the years, business growth has been accompanied by investments in the company’s internal organization and employee well-being. auxiell now has over 130 employees and has been continuously certified as a “Great Place to Work” since 2020; in 2026, it was also named one of the 20 “Best Workplaces for Gen Z” in Italy. Since 2023, the company has allocated a total of over 300,000 euros to employee welfare credits and key employee care initiatives, which are used by more than 90% of the workforce.
Growth in the Northwest of Italy
Piedmont—and the Northwest in general—is an area of particular interest to auxiell due to the concentration of manufacturing companies there—in sectors ranging from automotive to food, including IT, textiles, and chemicals—and for the presence of established expertise in the fields of World Class Manufacturing, Lean, and Operational Excellence.
Ten consultants are already working at the new Turin office, with the goal of doubling the team in tandem with revenue growth. In fact, auxiell’s business target is to achieve a 20% share of its revenue in Piedmont. This growth will be accompanied by the gradual development of local project management capabilities and the building of relationships with the region’s industrial and institutional communities.
Among the Piedmont-based companies with which auxiell has already worked is Masterwatt,a manufacturing firm specializing in the design and production of industrial electric heating systems and custom control solutions. The project involved the production and engineering departments, focusing on physical and information flows, production organization, and coordination among the various functions. Among the results achieved were a 36% reduction in production lead time, a 46% reduction in component inventory, and a 16% reduction in welding cycle time. The project was subsequently extended to other areas and value streams within the company .
“In this region, we find very solid managerial expertise, often developed at Italy’s top industrial schools. The point is not merely to attract these professionals, but to build organizations capable of truly empowering them to make an impact,” adds Pavanato. “Bringing in a manager alone does not transform a company: we must also work on processes, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making mechanisms. It is to this overall evolution of the organization that we want to contribute.”
The presence in Turin will also be accompanied by opportunities for dialogue with the local industrial community. On October 15, at the Nuvola Lavazza, auxiell and AzzurroDigitale will organize the second edition of“Driving Impact. Manufacturing That Innovates,” anevent aimed at entrepreneurs, C-level executives, and operations managers and dedicated to discussing concrete case studies and operational models for transforming the manufacturing sector. Following the first edition held at the Unox facilities in Padua, the Turin event will bring together approximately 50 professionals and a panel of managers from various industrial sectors.
