Why we do it
Our ambition is to create examples.
An example is a point of reference for others for the results achieved and the approach followed: companies to be inspired by based on the performance achieved and the paths implemented, people who know how to lead in the right direction.
We ourselves seek to be examples to lead transformation through example: "leading by example".

Our story
On the factory floor from the beginning.
The first lean transformation experience of Unox, which has evolved from an SME to a major industrial group, to date among the few examples of systemic improvement in Italy and has made processes its own defining competitive factor.

We open our first foreign branch, in Mexico (2017), to be followed by a second international office in Romania (2022). Since 2020, we have been certified Great Place to Work® as well as ranked - year by year - Best Workplaces in several categories
