**Well-being** is a team-building event designed to promote the physical and mental health of employees beyond the workplace. Featuring sports, recreational, and relaxation activities, it aims to strengthen interpersonal bonds, encourage collaboration, and enhance the overall quality of working life.

The primary goal is to foster a **positive work environment **where every team member feels valued and motivated.

In 2024, the event was held in Desenzano del Garda over two days. Activities included kayaking, SUP, football pool, yoga, and more. The event concluded with a delicious beachside dinner followed by an evening at a disco, offering the team an opportunity to unwind and have fun in a relaxed, informal setting.

At auxiell, we view Well-being as a genuine **investment in our employees’ wellness and happiness**. We firmly believe that a united and motivated team is the cornerstone of achieving outstanding results.
